Permanent Makeup
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic technique which employs tattoos (permanent pigmentation of the dermis) as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup, such as eyelining and other permanent enhancing colors to the skin of the face, lips, and eyelids. It is also used to produce artificial eyebrows, particularly in people who have lost them as a consequence of old age, disease, such as alopecia, chemotherapy, or a genetic disturbance, and to disguise scars and white spots in the skin such as in vitiligo. It is also used to restore or enhance the breast’s areola, such as after breast surgery.

Permanent eyeliner or eyelash enhancement helps women and men enhance the appearance of their eyes. It eliminates the need to outline eyelids with liquid liners or pencils and improves the appearance of missing, thin, or light colored lashes. Permanent eyeliner allows people to swim, shower, or exercise without having makeup smudges. It provides safety and convenience to people with oily skin, vision problems, or unsteady hands. Eye doctors (Ophthalmologists and Optometrists) also recommend permanent eyeliner to patients who wear contact lenses, have watery eyes, or are allergic to regular makeup.
Eyeliner Shape and Design
Eyeliner “frames” the eyes and can make eyelashes appear darker, fuller, or thicker. It can enhance the shape or balance (symmetry) of a person’s eyes, create the illusion of larger eyes, or affect how the spacing of the eyes is perceived. Eyeliner can also enhance or intensify eye color and make eyes appear more alluring.
Eyelash Base Enhancement: This method is for people who want an extremely natural look. Pigment is tattooed only in the skin at the base of eyelashes in-between their rows. No obvious line is drawn beyond the last row of lashes. This causes the eyelash base to appear darker and fuller and frames the eye without the look of having eyeliner. Men choose this procedure to add definition to their eyes without looking like they are wearing makeup
Permanent Eyebrows
2 Hours | $450 and up
*Price Includes a Scheduled 45-day Touch-Up at no Cost
Permanent eyebrows help women and men whose eyebrow hair is lightly colored, thin in places, sparse overall, or nonexistent. Eyebrow hair loss can result from years of tweezing or waxing, medical conditions (e.g. scars or Alopecia), or medications (e.g. Chemotherapy). Eyebrow tattoos eliminate the daily use of pencils or powders to fill-in, reshape, or recolor brows. Eyebrow shape, thickness, color, density, height, balance, and symmetry can be corrected once and for all with eyebrow tattooing to improve the attractiveness of a person’s face.
Eyebrow Shape and Design
Eyebrows “frame” the eyes and are a reference point that determines how facial features are perceived. The appropriate eyebrow shape and size can appear to lift a person’s eyes creating a more youthful appearance. Properly designed eyebrows can balance the distance between eyes or modify the look of prominent or deeply set eyes. A good eyebrow design can also make cheekbones appear more defined and influence the perception of the person’s nose size.
A new permanent eyebrow procedure includes a face and eyebrow analysis with a new design if you desire. We will create custom designed eyebrows that are flattering and balanced. And you will participate in the entire process so you’re happy with the end result.
Permanent Lip Liner and Lip Color
2-3 Hours | Lip Liner: $350 and up | Full Lips: $650 and up
*Price Includes a Scheduled 45-day Touch-Up at no Cost
Permanent lip liner and color can improve the appearance of lips for women and men. It helps lips appear more defined without surgery or fillers and restores color to lips that are too pale. Permanent lip liner eliminates the daily use of pencils to outline, fill-in, or reshape lip borders. Permanent lip color decreases the need to reapply lipstick or lip gloss. Lip tattooing helps correct and balance the symmetry of lips that are uneven, too thin, too thick, or scarred. It can also enhance the natural color and shape of “perfect” lips.
Lip Shape, Design, and Color
Lips are an important beauty feature of the mouth. They form a smile and show emotions. They help “frame” a person’s teeth and determine attractiveness. When lips are well shaped and balanced, they align with the center of a person’s face and have even sides. The upper lip and lower lip should match and should be equally proportioned. A flattering Cupid’s bow (the top “points” of the upper lip) is one that is not too flat, pointy, or rounded.
Each new permanent lip color procedure includes a face and lip shape analysis. We will work with you to create a custom designed lip shape that is flattering and pleases you. We will also help you choose a color that gives you flexibility to change it later by applying a different shade of lipstick when you want.

Immediate Results
Permanent makeup results in enhanced features of the face—definition is rendered to eyebrows, eyes and lips by the use of colours. Results can imitate topically applied cosmetics or can be quite unnoticeable, depending upon the design, color value and amount of pigment used.
At first, permanent makeup results may look darker. This is due to colour remaining in the outermost epidermal layers of skin at the start. Colour softens within a few days during the healing process as the upper layers of epidermis slough and are replaced by new epidermal cells.
Long Term Results
The best possible colour results can perform for many years or may begin to fade over time. How much time is individual per person. While permanent makeup pigment remains in the dermis its beauty-span may be influenced by several possible factors. These can be environmental, procedural and/or individual factors. Sun exposure fades colour. The amount and colour of pigment deposit at the dermal level can affect the length of time that permanent makeup looks its best. Very natural looking applications are likely to require a touch-up before more dramatic ones for this reason. Individual influences include lifestyles that find an individual in the sun regularly such as with gardening or swimming. Skin tones are a factor in colour value changes over time.
